I am dishearten. After cabinetry was installed, Stone Warehouse is not able to do the job. I paid premium for a new kitchen with a beautiful stone, followed the supplier’s guidance on what to do, what comes first, etc. waited months to finish my reno and they can’t deliver the stone as designed – because of access/lifting issue. They didn’t check the location nor the plans, nor send us a questionnaire to check the requirements before taking the job. They are leaving us high and dry.

We’ve been ordering kitchen stone benches for our new house from Stone Warehouse. We looked at several supplies but there was no doubt when we decided to go with them. They not only have a great show room and decent size samples (so you can actually see what you buy) but they also suggested a few more cost effective options. The whole process was seamless, timely and the bench top is just perfect!
