Jan is very knowledgeable and professional but also has compassion for clients’ situations. We experienced some roadblocks to insurance due to an atrial fibrillation scenario, but Jan followed up after a year, persevered and managed to get us cover. We also appreciate Jan and Mariska’s investment in building communities!
