After spending years begging people to cat sit, we found Paws at Home and haven’t looked back. Their staff spend real time with your pets, and it’s so comforting that someone is looking out for them while you are away. Our current cat only likes 5 people – and one of them is his Paws at Home sitter. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We Love Love Love Jan and all her fabulous team. There is no better home away from home for my fur baby, they are literally his 2nd home. The staff are very warm and friendly and genuinely care about all the dogs. I cannot give higher praise and trust 100% in leaving my beloved pooch in there care. We often use the weekend care, sometimes at short notice and it’s never a problem. And a bonus, the groomer is one of the best! The premises are always clean and the reception area always has tasty treats on offer.

Our puppies have been going to Paws 🐾 for years. We have used the doggy daycare and had greatest peace of mind that they are well cared for. The groomer is absolutely 💯 percent amazing!!

JAN and her team are the best. Scooby goes to daycare and has his grooming done at Paws. His grooms are always perfect. People always comment on his grooming .Our family have complete trust in them.

Raven our mini schnauzer was a bit retalicent about going to the groomers. But Paws have really helped make her feel more relaxed about the experience. The team are great at following our requests for her groom.

Best doggy daycare in Hamilton. The staff are friendly, helpful and honest. Some daycares sugar coat your dogs experience for money. But Paws are open and honest about your dogs behavior, mood etc and have professional staff to help with training, health and overall wellbeing. Plus you get a daily report with pics. Its the little details and happiness on the dogs face that make it all worth while.

The team at Paws do an excellent job, Ziggy loves going to daycare, having sleepovers and playing with all his friends. As a somewhat anxious pup, he has become such a calmer dog as a result of all the work the team have done loving him. He gets regular grooms from experienced great groomers and we pick up his food from the team also. A fantastic service all round. Thank you.

Jasper loves his days at daycare and the staff know him so well. They greet him by name and understand his needs. Being able to have him groomed on his daycare days is so convenient too. We also get his food from them which is super healthy and all natural products. Could not recommend them more!

My pup Bosley absolutely loves Paws! To see him greeting the team when he arrives shows how much he is at home there. They care for him very well, both in daycare and with baths and haircuts. I feel really confident leaving him in their care. I also love catching up with the team at drop off and pick up. They are warm and engaging and very supportive of me with Bosley’s care. Gus has been going to Paws since he was a puppy so that he could socialise, it’s so lovely to see how excited he is when I drop him off and get to watch on the TV screen as his friends welcome him in for another day of fun. He always comes home exhausted. We love the daily report card and photo. The staff are amazing and you can tell how much they love the dogs. The facilities are clean and it’s a one stop shop with all of the food and treats available to purchase while you’re there. Having the grooming service available is fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them any higher. Thanks for loving my little guy while I’m at work

We love paws! Their team are warm and friendly, know all the dogs by name and make it a really lovely warm environment. Their communication is great too, our dog had some health issues earlier in the year and they were very flexible and supportive, making sure we always knew how she was when at daycare. We have our dog groomed at paws too and they nail it every time. I’d recommend paws to anyone looking for a doggy daycare!

My dogs are always keen to head in, without hesitation, so I know they enjoy their daycare and overnight stays. Staff are great and I love getting photos every time they visit. Very convenient having groomers on site and they do a great job.

I only trust Paws Wellbeing Centre to look after my Mac.. he’s always happy and excited to be in Tuesdays’ class and he is a happy dog every time he comes home.. the Team at Paws are very nice and understanding, and it is easy to talk to whenever Mac’s condition changes that he could not attend day care. He’s been with Paws for 4 years now and still counting..

Both my dogs attend Paws and they love it. Jan and the team are always friendly, professional, caring and love the dogs! We’ve been with Paws for a few years now, using them weekly as well as whenever we go away. Jan and the team are absolutely lovely both of our dogs get so excited to go each week! After longer stays, they always come home happy, healthy, and in great condition. I was initially nervous, having had a bad experience with another daycare in the past, but Paws quickly put me at ease. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the dogs, and they’re always so easy to deal with.

Aston loves going to day care at Paws! He’s been going since he was only 5 months old, and runs through the door without a goodbye… he’s so excited! Thanks so much to Jan and the team, looking after our pups so well!

Peace of Mind
Gatsby loves spending time at Paws. When we go away it gives me great peace of mind knowing he has the love and home comforts he would normally receive from us.

I find everyone at Paws very helpful and informative regarding my pet dog Braya. Grooming is excellent, they always do what is asked of them and Braya always comes home smelling like a little perfume ball. She loves going and hanging out with her human friends there and her doggy friends. Their taxi service is superb – never too much bother if a short notice change is made

So grateful for the love & patience shown to Pipi. She’s an anxious little girl, but with Jan and her team she feels safe and loved. She always comes home happy & looking beautiful. Such a relief for us to have found such loving groomers!

Excellent pet care by awesome women who really care for my little dog Sam and all the others he plays with. The fact he is so happy to go there and rushes in with one of the carers without even turning back says it all!

My Albie has been going to PAWS daycare facility since he was just a pup, he is now 5 years old. Albie loves going to see his friends at daycare and is always happy and well exercised when we pick him up at the end of the day. No problem is unsolvable for Jan and the team, I recently was admitted to hospital a week earlier than expected to deliver my baby, Jan made sure that Albie’s care was the least of my worries and she made adjustments to Albie’s doggy holiday plan to suit. I wouldn’t trust my fur baby to anyone else.

Jan and the team take great care of my dear Loofy. They welcome him by name each day and he is always happy and excited. Fantastic daycare!!

Paws Wellbeing Centre is the best doggy day care. I have had 2 of my boys attend Paw’s and the love and support from all the team is just next level care. My boy can’t wait to get in the door and he is always happily tired out on pick up. Would happily recommend the team. A++++++++

The team are amazing and we totally trust them to look after our boy. His tail starts to wag as soon as he walks in and he even runs to the groomer for a pat before he joins his friends. The taxi service is great and we are loving the variety of products we can pick up while we doing the drop off.

Ziggy loves the staff at daycare. He has seperation anxiety but i love seeing him greet the staff with a big waggy tail every monday. He is 5 1/2 now and has been attending since he was a tiny 3month old toy poodle. I feel safe leaving him in paws care.

I mean i can’t talk highly enough of the team at Paws!.. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while as Willow has been going for years.

Willow loves coming to see the team, she has her favourite openers (Becs and Tams) she went from snoring in the back seat this week to full of excitement to see the team. The team are super friendly and always listen to any requests we have about our precious little one.

It sets my day up perfectly seeing how Willow gets so excited to see the team and her doggy friends too! I know she’s most likely in for a better day than I am lol

The team at Paws are always so helpful and friendly and Millie loves going and seeing her human and dog friends. It’s never any bother to make adjustments if our work schedules change, and they send helpful reminders about groom bookings so that we can adjust those too as needed.

Freda loves and trusts her groomers at Paws Wellbeing day spa. She always comes home looking gorgeous and smiling. They cared for her beautifully when she had a very sore leg and still managed a super groom.

Scooby has been attending daycare at Paws since he was 11 months .He is now 5yrs old.He also has his grooming done there. All the staff are lovely. He is acknowledged by all staff members. And he loves attending Paws.The only problem he has is that who ever the staff member is that greets him on the day he attends is that occasionally they are a bit slow at opening the door for him to go through. When it does happen he growls them. When that happens they laugh and just push open the door then he makes a run for it.Jan is amazing you can talk to her about any thing that your concerned about with your fur baby. A fantastic place to socialise and care for your dogs while you are at work. We love the family atmosphere and know they will care for our fur babies like they are their own.

Always have peace of mind that our Winnie will be well looked after. It is reassuring when we drop him off that whoever is in reception knows his name, welcomes him and he shows that he knows and loves them. And he goes happily.

Paws look after our precious boy as if he was their own. We trust them 100% to provide Arthur with an enriching, fun and safe environment at daycare, which he loves. Plus they give him awesome haircuts!

I have utilised the day care service in the past and was exceptionally happy with the results.
Although my wee dog no longer attends the day care, he does get groomed every six weeks. I am always satisfied with the results.

I have been taking my Standard Poodle Andie to Jaime for grooming since she was 12 weeks old, and have been amazed with his work, because I take in a hairy gorilla and get back a posh looking lady! 🙂

Our little dog started daycare here a few months ago. The staff are really kind and helpful. Our little dog loves going to daycare. And we receive photos and report every time she attends. Highly recommend this place. We also have her groomed here and have just started using the boarding facility. Very happy with all services.

Paws is the best doggie daycare!
The team are awesome and look after me really well as I play and socialise with my doggie besties. They even pamper me with a bubble bath and blow dry to keep me looking pretty and sometimes I’m allowed a sleepover too.
