Great experience all round – Nick was great to deal with and came back to me very quickly and liaised directly with the estate agent to organise the inspection. I received a full and detailed report the same day the inspection was carried out and was made aware of a number of issues with the property, both big and small.

“”Thankyou” to Nick for an exceptional performance from start to finish in providing a thorough building report. We rang o/s of work hours and within minutes, Nick rang back followed by arranging a mutually agreed inspection date and time with our real estate agent. Our due diligence was made easier by his report which was more thorough than a previously provided report (he found a h/w cylinder we didnt know about which was hidden under the floor, and moisture not previously identified). The cost of the report was very good given the extra issues found.
