Performance Property Management was established to fill a gap in the market for a more comprehensive, personalised property management service. Starting with just a handful of properties, the business has grown to manage around 120 properties, with much of its growth driven by word-of-mouth recommendations and the trust of satisfied landlords.
Based in Hamilton, Performance Property Management looks after rental properties of all shapes, sizes and price ranges throughout Hamilton and the wider Waikato region, extending as far north as Huntly and as far south as Tokoroa.
