We had a Solartube installed in our kitchen which is centrally located in the house. As we are located remote from Mt Maunganui we did have to wait for a consultation with Tim, but our patience was worth the wait. Tim clearly knows his product and quickly satisfied our questions giving us a quote on the spot which we accepted. A short delay while we waited for a weather window and Tim was back for an equally quick and efficient install and clean up, leaving us to admire the light transformation. With Sandra keeping the communication flow timely, we couldn’t fault anything and can recommend this business as one you can rely on – the product is great too!

Tim has just installed a Solar Tube for us. We are very happy with the result.
The Solar Tube has transformed a dark, windowless, and unvented bathroom in the centre of our house.
We always had to turn on the light when we used this bathroom.
Now, it has natural light and a very efficient fan that removes the smells and water vapour created by the shower.

Would highly recommend Hometech Solatube. We had 2 installed last week and are blown away with how much of a difference they have made to the entrance hall and the tiny office room we have. The skylight that was in the office was useless and l had to always work with the electric light on. Now, l have to keep reminding myself that there is no light on! Plus the white light is so much better than the electric. Tim got us to choose the internal surround and it’s made a feature on the ceiling. Very thrilled.

We’ve just had a solar tube installed in our walk in robe. As it doesn’t have any natural light we had to put the light on every time day or night we went in there. Now with the tube in it’s lovely and bright and just feels so good. I can even leave the door open and it throws out light! Love it….

We had three installed last week. The whole process including communication and install was exceptional. Our home was dark and to be honest we were keen to move on to a lighter brighter place, but for a fraction of the price of moving we put these in and OMG the difference is amazing.
