Paws Wellbeing Centre began over 16 years ago in Hamilton, with a simple mission: to provide loving, in-home care for dogs whose families needed support. Founded by Sarah, what started as dog-sitting in clients’ homes — and sometimes her own — has grown into a trusted, purpose-built dog wellbeing centre.

Today, Paws operates a state-of-the-art facility with the capacity to care for up to 120 dogs per day, along with a full grooming salon. Despite the growth, the heart of the business remains the same: treating every animal as if they were family.

The Paws team is made up of highly trained, compassionate staff who treat every dog with kindness and respect. They build real connections with both animals and their owners, creating a warm, welcoming environment. The grooming team is experienced and happy to work closely with pet parents to understand not only their preferences but what’s best for their dog’s breed, coat, and comfort. Every dog is given extra care and attention to ensure they leave happy, relaxed, and looking their best.

Transparency is a key part of the Paws experience. Clients can see into the daycare space from reception through live cameras, offering added peace of mind and a sense of connection to where their dog is spending the day.

Welcome to Puppylove—a small, home-based raw pet food business in Queenstown, lovingly crafting a mix of organic, wild, free-range and cruelty-free meals for dogs. Every pack is made with care, sustainability, and a deep belief in feeding pets the way nature intended.

After returning to Queenstown ten years ago, Deb—Puppylove’s founder—turned her personal journey into a mission. Having witnessed the transformation raw feeding brought to her own dogs, and unable to find anything truly nourishing on the market, she created her own.

From humble beginnings to a devoted following, Puppylove is now what we like to call: the Rolls-Royce of pet food.

Everything is chosen with care. Packaging is fully recycled—even the masking tape is environmentally friendly.  Nothing is done by accident—it’s all intentional, sustainable, but most importantly, done with love.

What started with handwritten menus for each dog evolved into The Dog Pack—a personalised, flexible way for pet owners to choose what’s best for their dogs, with guidance and education built into every step.
