If you are a new customer and require a security system installed Alarmtek will organize a site visit so an accurate quote can be provided. After quote acceptance, your job will be booked in.

If you are an existing client and have an issue with your system, they will try their best to ascertain what the fault is and provide advice over the phone. If the issue cannot be rectified over the phone, one of  their technicians will come out and fix it.

Please note – Alarmtek are responsible for many large commercial security systems throughout New Zealand, as well as smaller residential and gate automation jobs. However, for security/ privacy reasons we have not listed any clients or references.
