Purchased 2 x items of kitchenware. One failed and was replaced. The replacement failed also and I was refunded in full. Not the retailers fault. Service was excellent and professional. I will be back. Thanks folks.

I’ve had a fantastic experience shopping at Extreme Appliance Albany Store. Their variety of products is impressive, and their customer service is top-notch. Barry and Nathan, the salespeople, are always courteous and incredibly helpful. They make the shopping process easy—you don’t need to explain too much because they ask the right questions and guide you to the perfect product. The store itself is always well-presented and tidy, making for a pleasant shopping experience. Plus, the easy access from the motorway is a definite bonus. Highly recommended!
