I spent many months researching the Clare & Steve team, how EVES managed the marketing and the auction process.
We agreed to a short sharp marketing programme, right at the start of Spring, we feel this timing advice was important in achieving our excellent sales result.
We were thrilled with the unbelievable volume of people who attended our open homes, obviously the time spent preparing our property for auction was essential, as we understood we could only expect a good result if our property was well presented.
Selling our family home after 35 years could have been very stressful, but we found Steve & Clare have a quite non-demanding manner, so the whole process was quite relaxed. We would happily recommend the successful team Steve & Clare from EVES Realty

Eves Realty are well regarded and I wouldn’t consider any other Company. 5 Star Service all the way from Listing the properties, organisation of Staging, Marketing, Feedback and excellent communication at all times, then selling at Auction under the hammer in 3 cases, with 2 properties selling post Auction a few weeks later, then the Sold Sign going up and then support through to the Settlement

Having bought and sold through Chris Royal at EVES we cannot recommend Chris and EVES enough. Service was top of the range, marketing was exceptional and the end result was outstanding. Buying and selling can be very stressful but not when you work with this team who make life during the marketing period as easy as possible. The kind and caring nature of Chris and his team are a credit to them all and the EVES brand.
