Love the staff there, really freindly. Easy process for loans but would be better if their phone service was 24 hours and also avaliable weekends

Thanks First Credit Union for your kind words and assistance. I actually never got to meet you when I was in Whakatane but I was given your business card which unfortunately got lost in transit. I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thanks to your amazing team. The amount of support and assistance they gave me sorting out my dad’s affairs was incredible. I’m sure I wrecked their heads in the end but they were just so friendly and helpful that I could never thank them enough. They made what I thought was going to be a difficult task simple and easy. I would never get that kind of service in Ireland!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to First Credit Union Whakatane for always helping me out. 14+ years of great service and lovely customer service. Also the ladies at the branch for being bubbly and full of smiles every time I go there. Thank you all
