I thought building a home would be daunting but the team took a lot of the stress out of the process. They were very clear on all the costs, what needed to be done for consents, and they kept me updated throughout. I thought it would take longer to build than it actually did. It makes such a difference building it in their factory, avoiding the rain and wind. Thank you guys!

From the get go, Genius Homes were accommodating with helping to make a house design that would suit me. I found them to be friendly and very professional. Their build site in Timaru is very impressive too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself!

The whole process has been seamless….From quoting to delivery, they’ve taken care of everything! Communication has been great but never overwhelming, so I really rate these guys. Thanks so much for getting us into our new home!!
