The PetraPack story began when founders Rachael and her family returned home from overseas facing health challenges. Their journey into the world of essential oils sparked a deeper passion for natural wellness and sustainable solutions. After completing a Diploma in Aroma Science, Rachael launched an online aromatherapy store for DIY natural remedy enthusiasts. Recognising the high freight costs and limited options faced by small New Zealand businesses, PetraPack expanded into bulk importing — making premium packaging more affordable and accessible nationwide.
