Just wanted to say the lack of apology when I called the Tauranga branch this afternoon to complain about one of your guys using my property to exit me neighbours was awesome. To be clear, our pool guy does not use their driveway, rather than backing out of the right of way. There was no reason to enter our property. I would suggest an apology, rather than I will talk to him would be appropriate. Thanks
