I chose rentwise based on local recommendations. They are an amazing company with the customers’ best interests at heart. My house was rented after the first showing and with amazing tenants. Such a pleasure to work with this company. I plan to use them for many years to come.

Great tenants have been selected and rent has been paid on time with an almost negligible vacancy rate. I would definitely recommend Rentwise.

I am a first-time landlord and Shona and her team have looked after my rental property for just over a year and I would have to say I am 100% impressed with the fast, friendly and efficient service. Shone and her team have made being a landlord a breeze and, dare I say it, an enjoyable experience, especially after all the horror stories you hear about management companies (and tenants). Rentwise have set the bar very high, and I would definitely recommend Shona and her team to landlords and tenants alike.
