Sterling Accountants is an outstanding professional and friendly services. The added bonus for me as a Samoa and health professional is the interaction that I have with Ann-Maree Ozanne over the years. Ann Maree acknowledges my Samoa cultural identity by greetings me in my own Fa’aSamoa and ending with Samoa phrases that tells me that here is a person that has taken that extra step (which many other mainstream services can learn from) to acknowledge the different clients that uses the service.
