Got to do boundary survey. Very happy with service. Easy to initiate, clear communication, very helpful output in terms of physical boundary marking and mapping of boundary, along with the associated report. Would use again.

This is our first time using surveying services, i can highly recommend them for their subdivision expertise. We engaged Surveying Services to redefine our boundary after ongoing disagreements with our neighbour made it necessary to establish the property line with a professional and unbiased perspective. Mark attended the site and completed a thorough and precise survey. Stakes were placed along the boundary at key points, and he even located the original boundary markers.

Mark was clearly aware that the situation had the potential to be tense and handled himself with professionalism and diplomacy, prepared to interact calmly with our neighbour if needed. Thankfully, this wasn’t required, as the neighbour did not approach him while he carried out his work.

The reports were provided promptly and contained all the information needed to offer clear advice when required. While dealing with neighbour disputes is never pleasant, Mark’s kind, calm, and professional manner greatly alleviated our concerns.
