Takacat have been awesome. Their boats are used heavily by the Auckland Waterski Club as the perfect rescue vessels for waterskiers. We run in a tough environment with lots of barnacles and shallow waters and these boats have been amazing. Support has also been great when we needed adjustments or help with events. Cant thank Paul and the crew enough!

Great fishing platform. Super stable and fits easily in the caravan so no more hassles about towing the tinny. Also works well with the electric motor on the back for moving around the lake.

We’ve had the T420LX 4.2m Takacat for a number of years and it is amazingly stable! Practically lives on the plane, we’ve had 6 people on board with a 15hp and still got up!

I acquired a Takacat with the launch I purchased. I then approached Paul for assistance for several things incl. changing to the GO series and an electric motor. I always always found Paul to be 100% honest, reliable, professional and a good communicator. I would say Takacat NZ as being top of their game. I recommend them and their products 100%.

We have purchased a numerous Takacats over the years both for the business and recreationally. They are by far the best package we have come across, light, stable, big load carrying and durable. We have them deployed as yacht tenders, on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia as snorkeling safety boats, a rescue craft on a 60 passenger expedition cruise vessel and have a 4m at the beach house that gets lots of use.

We’ve got the 3m Takacat GO Series and absolutely love it. It’s hands down the best tender we’ve ever owned. Super stable, heaps of room for gear, and incredibly easy to get ashore or back out to the boat. What really sets it apart is the shallow draft. It lets us get into those hard-to-reach spots where the boat can’t go, which is perfect for letting the kids flick softbaits around while we kick back on the boat. Can’t recommend it enough!

If you’re after the perfect adventure package for family or friends, combine the Mahindra S6 4×4 Ute, a GLI dual fold off-road camper trailer and a 3.4m TAKACAT armed with 15hp Parsun, and it’ll get you into many places that other set-ups couldn’t.

After testing them out on a few family adventures myself, there’s none I’d recommend more.

Your Boats are great and everybody was more than happy while using them. On Sunday there was a National Championship in Rowing and again they were used to full extend. Just smiling faces. Congratulations for a very, very good product and I do hope you will have more and more customers with smiling faces.
