The Purpose of the Most Trusted Business Awards is to recognize businesses for their trustworthiness. It is about those businesses that are putting in the extra work to get that excellent reputation. It is about businesses that have the x factor.
If you scroll through the Most Trusted Winners of prior years’ you will see a trend. Why do all of their clients, partners and the public simply rave about their product and service? It is because they are trustworthy and the Most Trusted Business Awards enables those firms to show case and get recognition for their reputation.
About the Businesses Already On the Most Trusted Database
- Listed Businesses – Businesses that are listed on Most Trusted must go through a validation process, which is dependent on whether they were nominated or identified based on criteria for that industry. Any businesses that does not meet the criteria or receives negative feedback are not on the database. This database is live and these listing are free.
- Members – Businesses with a completed profile on Most Trusted have gone through an interview process with Most Trusted Staff. We have personally validated each business and created a dynamic business profile on their behalf based on our review of the business products or services. They must abide by the Most Trusted Code of Ethics.

I don’t think you realize the impact you and your company has on businesses so well done to you. Not only has Most Trusted given us brand name recognition but it has had a significant impact on our sales.
Last week after winning the Kitchen Joinery category I was interviewed by a journalist. They asked “what makes us different to any other joinery company?”, my reply was simple, we don’t have customers, we have friends. The journalist frowned, not understanding what I meant. At that point a client (friend) walked in to the café, saw me, screamed my name, gave me a hug and went on her way. I told the journalist that we had just completed her kitchen, I think she then understood me. You guys aren’t simply a number on a drawing or quote, you’re not Mr & Mrs XYZ, you’re friends who we cherish.
To win Most Trusted Business award once was a huge achievement but to win it 3 times in as row was beyond belief. We have past clients coming into the workshop and phoning congratulate us.
