Nothing is too much of a problem to Jill. If we email in the weekend we have to tell her not to respond until Monday, not that she listens!!!
What I like is you can talk to them and you know you don’t have a clock ticking and a bill coming after the conversation.
We came from a big accountancy company that we were with for over 30 years. They sent us an extra bill that was in the thousands and I couldn’t get my head around how they could come up with that invoice on top of the other invoices they had sent us so we left and looked for a small team. We are more than happy with the service we get.
