Rob was a shining light in the midst of a time of loss. His fantastic communication meant we had a huge weight off our shoulders very quickly. He is very professional, very on to it and a very good, compassionate guy. His clean was super thorough and he did NOT charge a small mortgage for his service of an unattended death clean.
