Last year we started our first business up in the Bay of Plenty we threw ourselves into the deep end and had alot to learn, we relied alot on our first accountant however things were not happening very fast and we were starting to get behind. I made the decision to change accountants and chose to work with Jill from UpShotz NZ, she spent an hour with me showing me how to use Xero properly and then she took it from there, we are so glad to have them with us, they offer a prompt polite service and nothing is to hard for them to deal with, especially while Im still learning I feel comfortable picking up the phone knowing Jill will always answer and help me out, we would reccommend them to any business any day they are amazing.
