For Ros, her baking is both a passion and an art. As well as being dedicated to using quality ingredients; the freshest eggs, quality New Zealand butter and dairy products among others – she presents her cakes in her signature gorgeous and creative way. When dairy or gluten products need to be avoided, CakeAway can come to the rescue with style. Ros has first hand knowledge of baking for those who need to avoid gluten and dairy products and has developed a vast repertoire of recipes for just such an occasion. In fact, her dairy and gluten free products are just as popular with those who don’t need to avoid these products for health reasons, because Ros knows how to make them taste just soooo good!
