As well as being dedicated to using quality ingredients; the freshest eggs, quality New Zealand butter and dairy products among others – she presents her cakes in her signature gorgeous and creative way. Ros has first hand knowledge of baking for those who need to avoid gluten and dairy products and has developed a vast repertoire of recipes for just such an occasion.
