The cleaner you recommended, Rob from CCCS, was excellent. He responded within an hour and was on site very quickly. He worked well into the evening and was back next morning to finish up. His manner was sympathetic, his work was excellent and I have no hesitation in strongly recommending him

Rob was amazing!. He went above and beyond for us. We were doing a end of tenancy clean but still needed to stay in the house. After commercially cleaning the rooms carpet he left one undone for us to sleep in and came back the next day to clean it for us. This was perfect for us.

The property was in a squalid state, the resident hadn’t been coping for some time. Rob removed furniture, flooring, utensils, food etc that was unable to be cleaned or used. He scrubbed floors, walls, cabinets and stoves etc. The place is now in a suitable state to be returned to the landlord. He was polite, helpful and kept us informed of the progress.

Rob attended a decontamination and deep-clean of an exterior space for me after a plumbing / sewer situation. Capital City Crimescene Ltd has an easy to navigate business website, prompt responses to messages and phone calls, very reasonable prices, a cheerful, professional and caring attitude, helpful advice and the space has been left in better condition than before the sewer overflow. I have OCD and there was absolutely zero odour or mess left behind at all. These consistent 5 star ratings are no joke, Rob is the best!
