The property was in a squalid state, the resident hadn’t been coping for some time. Rob removed furniture, flooring, utensils, food etc that was unable to be cleaned or used. He scrubbed floors, walls, cabinets and stoves etc. The place is now in a suitable state to be returned to the landlord. He was polite, helpful and kept us informed of the progress.
