Barry, who came to measure the house and make the initial proposal, was very familiar with this type of task as well as the relevant codes. He was thorough, helpful, and attentive to our need for a short schedule. The two lads who did the actual installation (I apologize for not catching their names) were industrious and courteous. Although it must have been an odious working environment, they were consistently cheerful and pleasant. Their photos showed a completed job that is thorough and tidy. Their cleanup was literally spotless. And you, Aileen, in the office were a delight to deal with; efficient, responsive, and thoughtful.
