El Jefe Meats – Authentic South American Sausages & Cured Meats Crafted by Hand in New Zealand
El Jefe Meats, started in 2020 following the owners passion for food. Nico brings his 15+ years of experience as a professional chef to the kitchen, and is the main meat processor. The products have no use of chemicals, fillers or additives, making them 100% natural, while keeping all the flavour. Everything is made very carefully in small batches and they work with local farmers to guarantee freshness the best quality possible.
At the deli, they have a rotating weekly menu, where you can try their amazing products made to order. The Sausages, Bacon and Salamis are a next level product and the meats are cured and smoked in house. El Jefe meats is a specialized deli with passion for Charcuterie and Small Goods and in the boutique style factory, they also offer workshops for salami and sausage making.

- Order online and get it delivered straight to your house, if local in Tauranga, on Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Outside Tauranga? Place your order online by Tuesday midnight and receive your order on Thursday.
- You can also order online and collect from the Shop at Unit 3, 60 Aviation Ave, Mount Maunganui.
