My Mum at 88 was diagnosed with a terminal illness and because of this she needed to sell her home of thirty years. She only ever wanted Adam to market her home. He was kind, caring and involved Mum in the necessary, however sad and hard adjustment for her. Adam visited her at Tauranga hospital and Hodgson House Resthome facility. The communication was professional and he was so caring. Mum’s home had multiple offers within two days of the first open home resulting in a contract above the asking price. It could not have been a better result. Unfortunately my Mum passed away during the sale process, we are incredibly grateful to Adam for helping our family in this difficult time. He was amazing.

Nicholas is the most brilliant communicator – he kept us up to date constantly throughout the process of selling our home which was particularly challenging with Covid 19 Lockdown.
