Needed to get an ebike transported to Perth. Had a few problems with it but they solved them all, boxed it for me and onto the couriers. Could not have been more professional. Cheers guys.

I recently had a bike fit with Stevie here and was well and truly looked after; he gave some sound advice during the appointment and my rides are now so much better. My body doesn’t hurt throughout my rides because I am genuinely comfortable and feel like I could ride for hours. Thanks to all the team here who are incredible at what they do 👍

A few weeks after my bike fit and ended up getting a puncture near the store…popped in for some help (new rider with a lot to learn!!) and experienced the same level of amazing customer service here. I was back out on the road again no time at all! Legends!

My son recently turned 4 and we got him a bike from Leonie and John, who not only stored it for us for two months as we had nowhere to hide it, but made sure everything was perfect for when I picked it up from them the evening before. Wow thank you guys very much for my bike service today. I booked the service under Level 3 lock down. The process of booking and arranging pick up and drop off of my bike was made so easy by these guys. They go above and beyond for their customers and especially communication wise. My bike is like brand new again! I even got same day turn around and free pick up and delivery and I was able to ride my bike before dark! Excellent service and I will definately be booking in for my next bike service with you guys, thanks again

Thanks MyRide, Sean and Phil have been amazing helping us find the right bike and then setting it up for us to have a comfortable and safe ride. They took the time to explain how everything worked and how to ride our new e-bikes safely then fitted they bike rack and showed how to use that. We are so looking forward to riding our bikes
