The My Ride MM team are cyclists who ride where you ride and you will often see them at Bay of Plenty events and activities. Their team have a reputation for providing a great range of bike products and excellent service, including qualified bike mechanics from a variety of backgrounds.

My Ride Mount Maunganui are locally owned and operated by John and Leonie Bettridge and are strong community supporters including Triathlon Tauranga, local pre-schools and schools plus many other community based events.

My son recently turned 4 and we got him a bike from Leonie and John, who not only stored it for us for two months as we had nowhere to hide it, but made sure everything was perfect for when I picked it up from them the evening before. John and Leonie always have time for the little details which make everything easy and stress-free, and my son LOVES his new bike 🙂 thanks guys, you legends you!

Wow thank you guys very much for my bike service today. I booked the service under Level 3 lock down. The process of booking and arranging pick up and drop off of my bike was made so easy by these guys. They go above and beyond for their customers and especially communication wise. My bike is like brand new again! I even got same day turn around and free pick up and delivery and I was able to ride my bike before dark! Excellent service and I will definately be booking in for my next bike service with you guys, thanks again

Thanks MyRide, Sean and Phil have been amazing helping us find the right bike and then setting it up for us to have a comfortable and safe ride. They took the time to explain how everything worked and how to ride our new e-bikes safely then fitted they bike rack and showed how to use that. We are so looking forward to riding our bikes
