Ben from NZ Building Inspections produced a fantastic building report which ultimately convinced us to not proceed with a purchase. The property vendor tried to counteract with their own property report (another company). The comparison of reports was shocking! Ben’s containted highly detailed observations, suggestions and photos, including robotic underfloor inspection photos.

The competition report was surface level fluff. If we’d picked the competition for a report, we’d have unknowingly purchased a very problematic property with issues the vendor was not disclosing.

We subsequently discovered Christchurch real estate agents either love or hate Bens’ reports! Agents who value integrity in their property sales rave about his reports as they provide best protection for both their clients and vendors.
