We have just completed an epic renovation! Precise Builders came recommended and we are so pleased we went with them, Dave is the consummate professional, he coordinated and project managed our complex requirements and managed his team with outstanding skill. For 2 complete novices when it came to building we were guided and included the whole way from weekly onsite meetings and online updates for the times we couldn’t be there. They were responsive to our inquiries and had the detail absolutely sorted. We now live in our wonderfully updated house that looks both stylish and will last the distance with quality fittings that Dave and the Team were happy to discuss the pros and cons of many products we chose to include in the house. Dave and his team have worked on a much over due renovation of our beach cottage. We wanted to keep the NZ Bach feel to the property and along with his design team we feel we have achieved just that. They replace the roof, old wooden joinery for new double glazed joinery, re clad removing the old cladding, built 2 new fabulous decks which has enhanced the living space nearly doubling the original floor size. His team are very meticulous with each part of the job with a high standard of finishing. Communication has been brilliant and all and any queries handled quickly.
We highly recommend Precise Builders and would use them again in the future.

Dave and his team worked with me to convert a central city building from office space into a spacious residential apartment with commercial retail downstairs. This was my first project of this magnitude: we needed to earthquake strengthen the building, new roof and gutter system, electrical wiring, plumbing…the list goes on! Basically, only the concrete walls and original rimu floors remained. Dave, Rachael and their team were fantastic to work with, excellent at solving any issues that arose due to the uniqueness of the project, and delivered a simply amazing result – it was exactly as I had imagined it could be.
I am now embarking on another project and naturally I am working with Dave and the Precise Builders team again.
