My experience with TOLBECS has been amazing, the 1st time I went way back in 2019 they made me fell relaxed and fixed my problem right there and then.
Skip to this year 2025 and I went to a different clinic in a different town, unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience, damage was done and I was scared to have my ear rechecked.
I went to TOLBECS as I was in so much pain and once again their service and expertise created a relaxed encounter and it was pain free, I love how Donna explained what had happened to my ear and with the camera she can show me exactly what she is doing.
One bad experience can really ruin your courage, so I know from now on I’ll stick to just TOLBECS.

Excellent service for my neurodivergent young teenager. The audiologist made my son feel very comfortable even though he was a little stunned by the ear pictures that stopped him in his track. He was assured of every step that was happening which put his mind at ease. Amazing support. Very happy with a service that made this a breeze for my child. We took our 2 year old in as he was complaining of tickly ears and the free ear clinic has very long waits.
It was such a great experience we will be going for all future appointments. Jennifer was great with talking through the process with our toddler that he felt very comfortable. They removed lots of ear wax making him feel alot better and even have him a lollipop at the end which he hasnt stopped talking about. Great experience.

Removal of earwax.

Rang tolbecs first thing Monday morning they were incredibly friendly, and that’s the reason I went with them, the ears Specialist was lovely, had a good sense of humor, friendly and was very knowledgeable at what she does . Donna recommended specific ear drops which I’ll use for the next few weeks. Although she removed wax from my left and right ear, I sill have terrible hearing out of my problemed right ear. This is not the experience you want after you’ve paid top dollar for an ear clean.

My visit to Rototuna clinic was THE MOST REWARDING health experience. My ear problem started 18+months ago – and within 2 days of using the eardrops I already had an improvement. Staff are super friendly, Donna was amazing and like I told Donna – I thank God for putting her on my path. Highly recommend them.

Extremely itchy ears treated with 7 days ear drops twice per day. With antibiotic course also for 7 days.
Significant relief of itch in both ears. Still some undetected issues let to ride for now.

The price is reasonable, the location is great and offers good parking and activities to do afterwards, and the clinic itself is very modern and has all the equipment and then some.

Some places are cheaper but that little extra is more then worth it comparatively to other clinics one been too.
