JP has extensive knowledge about health, and I would love to talk to him all the time. Even though I live in Australia, I still choose to buy insurance from him. However, I am aware that making a claim would be difficult for me, and the Australian Tax Office (ATO) wouldn’t provide a rebate if I use insurance from overseas in my tax return. I have been searching for a local insurance adviser for a year now, but I haven’t found anyone better than him yet.

Willowgrove always go above and beyond, getting very detailed and going to bat for their clients at every step. Very good at keeping clients updated of changes that could mean a change in cover is the best thing to do.

After visiting Willowgrove I realise that my old insurances no longer provided the kind of cover I needed. I had too much of the wrong thing and not enough of the right thing. Jon-Paul found me much more suitable options and helped me to keep within my budget.
