Vosper Realty is owned by Frank. Frank has been in Real Estate for 18 years, working with various companies. Through this period he has always believed there has to be a better way of helping people through the buying and selling process of their most valued asset.
Seven years ago he completely stepped outside of the comfort zone of a large company to form Vosper Realty Limited.

Property Management/ Rentals
Bev Howard has joined Frank and the team at Vosper Realty in the Property Management division.
Bev brings with her significant experience as she has been involved with Property Management both as a Business Owner and Property Manager. Bev has previously managed residential investment properties in Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, and Papamoa.
As she has lived at Mt Maunganui for 20 years she is familiar with the different areas of the region and their varying rental rates.
